Family's Best Friend provides curated wellness products, educational content, and personalized recommendations for senior pets. We act as a retailer and content publisher. We are not a veterinary service and nothing on this site constitutes veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's medical needs.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By using our Services, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16 years of age in compliance with GDPR and COPPA.

Products are fulfilled through third-party partners including Printify and Supliful. By placing an order, you agree to their respective fulfillment terms. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party fulfillment partners.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. You will be notified and refunded promptly.

Custom-printed items (Legacy Accessories) are made-to-order and are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit. For wellness supplements and comfort products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original packaging. EU/UK consumers: In accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases without giving a reason, except for custom-made goods. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs — is the property of Family's Best Friend or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:
